I agree with Blue Angel. Something is so very wrong here. I forget it if was Martin Luther King, Jr. or someone else, but I remember someone saying poverty is a man made phenomena. If we really wanted to end it. If we wanted to reduce the gap between the extreme rich and the extreme poor, we could… but we don’t.

Oxfam’s report from a few months ago stated 85 people. Looks from Forbes that wealth inequality is intensifying. It’d be interesting to see the names.

Yes, Forbes now keeps track in real time, 66 is correct. In March there were actually 67, right now it’s 66.

We won’t because without the poor there’d be no rich. Capitalism creates and exploits poverty. It is definitely man made.
